How long will it take to receive my order?

Regular orders take 1-3 business days to be created, engraved, gift wrapped & packaged. This includes free UPS Ground shipping which takes approx. 1-3 business days to deliver.  (Please note shipping times may be slower during the Holiday Season due to demand.)

There is an option to add Rush Shipping for an additional $15. This gets your items produced the next day and shipped with 2 day shipping.  You must add the Rush Shipping listing to your cart from the product list for this option.

PLEASE NOTE: Items that are sold from "Partner's We Trust" do not fall under our processing and shipping time guarantee.  We can only guarantee orders created and sent from our facility.  You will know an item is sold by "Partners We Trust" as it will be labeled at the top of the items detail page. 

Are your chimes weatherproof?

Yes, all our chimes can be placed outdoors or indoors. Any wood parts are coated in polyurethane for protection from the elements.
The chime care instructions recommend that you seasonally spray coat the wood with polyurethane to slow the natural aging process. The aluminum tubes can be washed with soap and water.

Do the chimes come gift wrapped?

All of our chimes come gift wrapped for direct gift giving. You also have the option to include a wood engraved gift note. Invoices are never included in our packages.

How do I personalize the chime?

You write in what you would like engraved on the wind sail in the "Personalization Text" field at checkout.  The saying pictured on the front of the wind sail will be included automatically.

Often the custom engraving will be on the back of the wind sail, but each listing description will tell you where the engraving will be located. It will also tell you how many characters are allowed.
Our graphic designer will make sure everything is centered and pleasing to the eye.

Why do I see two different prices?

There is a price for non-custom, and a price to add personalization. There is an added cost for custom engraving.
You will find a drop down arrow where you can select whether or not you want to add the Customization (custom engraving).
If you would like the backside engraved select "Yes" to add Customization. If you would like it left blank select "No" for customization. (The front saying will still be included if you select "No".)

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes, We offer our Wholesale Customers a 30% Discount with a minimum order of 5 per item.

Can you help me track my order?

Yes, we are happy to help. First, please check your spam or promotions folder as the tracking emails may have been delivered there. These emails would have been sent to the email account you used during checkout.
If you are unable to locate the tracking info, please contact us with your order number and your full name and the recipient's name so we can look up your order info.

Can I add an actual signature for the personalization?

Yes, You can add your request in the “Notes to Weathered Raindrop” section at check out. Please be sure to leave your contact info in case we have any questions.
Then please email us a high resolution photo of the signature, preferably on a light background to: info@weatheredraindrop.com.
