You can choose "Yes Custom Type" to add personalization below the saying "Merry Christmas" up to 50 characters.  Our designer will type in your message. Then enter your personalization into the "Custom Engraving if applicable" field. **Please check spelling & grammar. It will be engraved exactly how it is entered.**

You can also choose "Yes Real Signature" to add an actual signature as shown in the listing pictures.

• You MUST change the shipping address during checkout if you are sending to a different address other than your own. 
• You have the option include a gift note.  Please type your message in the "Gift Note to Recipient" area at checkout. Please be sure to leave your name on the note.  Your gift message will be engraved on a wood gift tag, and attached to the chime during gift wrapping.
• No invoices are included in any of our shipments

• Once we receive your order, we start creating it right away. All orders will ship within 1-3 business days.
• You will receive an email notification when your order is complete and preparing for shipment. A link will also be provided so you can track your order vis USPS.
