Each ornament is wrapped in an organza bag with a wood engraved gift note attached. A meaningful remembrance gift to honor a loved one and bring comfort this Holiday Season. Made in the USA.

This lovely memorial ornament measures 3.5 inches in diameter. Made of layered black wood and white acrylic with engraving on white leather, completed with a burlap cord and white wooden bead. An elegant and lasting sympathy gift.

You can choose to add personalization (custom engraving on the white leather portion of the ornament) or you can choose no personalization.  If you select "No Personalization" your ornament with come with the saying "Forever Remembered Forever Missed."
