• The backside of the wind sail can be personalized with a loved one’s name, birth/death dates or any special saying you chose, up to 50 characters.
• Chime measures 33 inches from the top of the hanging cord to the end of the sail. Color is evergreen.

• You must change the shipping address during checkout if you are sending to a different address other than your own. 
• You have the option to include a gift note.  Please type your message in the "Gift Note to Recipient" area at checkout. Please be sure to leave your name on the note.  Your gift message will be engraved on a wood gift tag, and attached to the chime during gift wrapping.
• No invoices are included in our packages.

• Once we receive your order, we start creating it right away. All orders will ship within 3-5 business days.
• You will receive an email notification when your order is complete and preparing for shipment. It also provides a link for you to track your order via USPS.

S H I P P I N G • T I M E
• USPS shipping times vary, but are typically delivered within 1-3 days once the package leaves our shop. We are unable to ship vis UPS or Fed Ex.
• Please note, if you need an item sooner please message and we will do our best to put your special piece to the highest priority in production.
