• You have the option to purchase ENGRAVED circles in different quantities.
• You have the option to choose white wood or black wood ENGRAVED circles. (Oak calendar has black wood circles, black calendar has white wood circles. - calendars not included.)
• Choose to add angel wings, dog bone or cat head images to your engraved circles.
• You will receive connectors to attach your new tags.

• Each circle is 2 lines with a 20 character max per line
• Please enter in order by month starting with January
• For each month, please enter dates in order from the beginning to the end of the month
• Please separate each name and date by a comma
• Circles for BIRTHDAYS simply list the Name & Date
• Circles for HEAVEN DAYS type (Wings) after the Name & Date to have wings image added to the circle
• Circles for PETS type (Dog) after the name for the dog bone image to be included, or (Cat) after the name to have the cat head image included
• PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK SPELLING & DATES for any errors.
